Founder

Nordique was founded by Heidi Johnston, a partnership and marketing strategist with a background in building growth strategic

across events, brands, and organizations. Her work has focused on one core principle: strong businesses should not struggle to generate consistent demand. Through years of working with companies across industries, one pattern became clear — most marketing underperforms not because of effort, but because of misalignment.

Today, Heidi works directly with businesses to identify where they’re losing opportunities, bring structure to their marketing, and create systems that consistently drive growth.
