Heidi Johnston, founder of Nordique Marketing, brings more than 15 years of experience across marketing, communications, sponsorship, business development, professional sports, and entrepreneurship. Her experience spans internationally recognized organizations, while her work with Nordique is specialized in helping local small businesses compete, grow, and reach the right customers.
Her career includes work with organizations such as the National Hockey League (NHL) and Olympic Committees, Major League Soccer (MLS), and sports organizations. She has also owned and operated an Allstate insurance agency and worked as a financial planner, giving her firsthand experience building a business, attracting clients, managing revenue, and making decisions that directly impact results.
This combination of marketing expertise and business experience shapes how Heidi approaches her work. She understands that effective marketing isn't about doing more—it’s about doing the right things with a clear purpose.
